Manys Assermouh is a Fellow at the Datasphere Initiative, contributing to the “Local Sandboxes, Global Impact” project.
Before joining the Datasphere Initiative, she interned at the Moroccan Investment and Export Development Agency (AMDIE) and the Ministry of Higher Education, supporting international partnerships and policy coordination efforts. She also worked with Deloitte Morocco, gaining experience in regulatory frameworks and compliance, and wrote articles for The Economist and UNICEF Hauts-de-France on social policy and communication initiatives.
Manys is currently pursuing a Master’s in International and Development Studies at the Geneva Graduate Institute (IHEID), specializing in Migration and Mobility. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the European School of Political and Social Sciences (ESPOL) in Lille.
Her interests lie at the intersection of data governance, international cooperation, and development policy innovation. She speaks French, English, Spanish, and Arabic.
