Christian is currently a Public Policy Consultant and Head of the Rights and Technology and GovTech teams at ITS Rio (Institute for Technology and Society – Rio de Janeiro). 

​He is a former Secretary for the Inter-American Juridical Committee from the Organization of American States (OAS), where he collaborated closely with the Rapporteur on Privacy and Data Protection.

He worked as well as a human rights specialist for the Inter-American Commission and Court of Human Rights.

Christian is a Ph.D. Candidate at UERJ and a Fulbright Scholar at the Georgetown Law Center with particular focus on international regulation and technology.

He holds an LL.M. in International Law from the University of Cambridge (UK) and a Diploma on International Human Rights Law from the European University Institute (EUI).
