The 18th annual IGF meeting was hosted in a hybrid format on October 8 – 12, 2023 in Kyoto, Japan.

The workshop “The Internet in 20 Years Time: Avoiding Fragmentation” organized by Oxford Information Labs discussed the hopes of how the Internet will look like in 20 years, and the actions needed today to avoid the fragmentation of the Internet of tomorrow.

Lorrayne Porciuncula, Executive Director of the Datasphere Initiative, joined the workshop as a speaker on October 10, 2023.
