The Harvard Legal and Technology Society organized a panel about the opportunities and challenges associated with policy and regulatory experimentation approaches to emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, robotics, and virtual reality.

The panel examined strategies for enhancing policy innovation and building trust between public and private actors, focused on regulatory sandboxes and policy prototyping.
