Digital Week Gibraltar, organized by the Commonwealth Telecommunications Organisation, is an event that aimed to bring together ICT Government Ministers, industry leaders, regulators, and innovators to explore practical strategies and innovations that can drive digital advancement. It was a space for participants to exchange ideas on critical issues such as connectivity, data sovereignty, and privacy, while working towards inclusive digital growth and identifying projects for collective action.

Sophie Tomlinson, Director of Programs at the Datasphere Initiative, spoke at the second session on Artificial Intelligence on 26 February, where she discussed not only the importance of AI and data governance but also the work around sandboxes in driving agile and responsible innovation.
