International Finance Corporation (IFC) 2nd Annual Research Conference focused on “Digitalization and Development.” Hosted by Sciences Po, the two-day conference took place in Paris and brought together leading academics, policymakers, industry representatives, and international organizations to discuss the policy implications for digital transformation in emerging markets and developing economies.
