The World Economic Forum
October 16, 2023
TBC
Dubai, United Arab Emirates

The World Economic Forum Annual Meeting of the Global Future Councils was held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from 16 to 18 October 2023.

This year’s Annual Meeting of the Global Future Councils brought together the network of members for the first in-person meeting of their two-year term (2023-2024).

The Global Future Councils are interdisciplinary knowledge groups dedicated to exploring a more resilient, inclusive, and sustainable future. The councils were tasked with debating the challenges and solutions around specific issue areas.

Following the summit, the Forum will publish the councils’ recommendations in a consolidated publication, which can be a tool for global leaders looking for inspiring ideas. The publication will be shared ahead of or shortly after the Forum’s Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland, in January 2024.

Carolina Rossini, Director for Policy and Research, Datasphere Initiative participated in the event.
