The data economy is rapidly evolving, with complex compositions of networks and ecosystems poised to counter big tech companies as the primary actors defining how individuals’ personal data is managed online.

The discussion aimed to understand emerging tensions and opportunities shared visions, and what can be done to secure a data economy that empowers individuals and communities and promotes trust and accountability to responsibly unlock the value of data for all.
